They went above & beyond

They bent over backwards to get my package shipped from UK to Portugal. There were a few hiccups due to the border shenanigans at the end of December, but they booked it onto DPD air instead. Great service.

Excellent Service

My parcels are always picked up in the time slot allocated by a very friendly driver and are delivered to Switzerland or Germany in the timeframe promised. This for a price that is usually less than Royal Mail...

Parcel collected on time. Very friendly and polite. Recipient received a message within a couple of hours of collection stating when delivery would be. Delivered at the stated time and intact despite being posted to Europe. Very happy and would use again

Easier than I thought!!

Easy to use, super cheap and super fast delivery of a large box of presents to Austria. I only dropped one star because I found the track link didn't work and could not find out how to track to see where the parcel had got to. Ina panic I emailed and got no reply but the package arrive swiftly after. Would use again though now I know it is safe and reliable.

Worked exactly as promised

Worked exactly as promised - collected on time and delivered within a couple of days to France. And slightly cheaper than Royal Mail. Only downside is that some of the couriers advertise prices without VAT. which is not obvious until you've gone through the whole process of putting in all the information required.
