I can’t recommend WPS enough

I can’t recommend WPS enough. Sending an 80th birthday parcel to a relative in Australia was simple, problem free and quick. Their service was absolutely excellent and the tracking app spot on. Will definitely use them again.

I am absolutely delighted with the…

I am absolutely delighted with the service and the speed of the delivery. I was sceptical that my parcel would arrive in Australia within a fortnight and it did to the delight of the recipient. The process is really easy and straight forward. Parcel was delivered by a respectful polite driver. I couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

Good service parcel arrived in good condition…

Sent from the UK to South Korea. I was able to track it each step of it's journey and see who signed for it as it's destination address. The package was in good condition on arrival to my daughter. I made a mistake on the address apartment number which was corrected promptly after I emailed WPS the same day about it. The only issue I had was that when the new parcel label was emailed to me it didn't include the package contents customs declaration code which I wasn't aware of. So I had to hastily print out two copies of the customs declaration contents details and hand them to the collection driver before he would accept the package. Overall WPS via DHL provided a good fast traceable and value for money for sending a 4Kg package with up to £100 free insurance cover to South Korea.
