Amazing Service!

The service I have received in helping me get two large parcels of crockery to New Zealand has been outstanding. Prior to sending the parcels I had had no expererience of sending personal unaccompanied goods to New Zealand. By the time I had completed the process under the helpful guidance of Richard and his colleagues, I felt much happier. The parcels were collected and amazingly, arrived a week later totally intact, with no customs or duties tp pay. I will be using WPS again, there is no doubt.

The parcel was picked up by a very pleasant person when they said they would. It was easy to track and it arrived at my daughter's in Switzerland 5 days later. And this was with a weekend included. I will definitely use them again.

Efficient n clear n easy tracking

Booked n collected on 8th Feb to Macau, China, expected to arrive in 4 to 6 days, parcels arrived n delivered perfectly on 16th n 17th, a bit late than said, but could be explained, no service during CNY, will use this service again👍cheers

Although problems with delivery which were out of Worldwide parcel control, Richard (WPS) could not have done more than he did, the customer service was exemplary.
