Good company to deal with

Have used them a few times and think its a good website, good price and good service. This last time Post-Brexit has been a hassle but can't fault them for the issues that arose.

I have used this system twice recently

I have used this system twice recently. The online booking failed at the first attempt, but I was still charged, this has since been refunded. The courier arrived before the email with the waybill, this caused a harsh response from the company. The second time went smoothly, and delivery times were excellent, easier when you know what you are supposed to do.

Very good value service

Recently sent a parcel from the UK to Switzerland and found the service to be very good and excellent value for money. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was quite a time-consuming process to categorise, detail and weigh each item in the package, as was required.

Ran smoothly and shipment arrived quickly. Despite having booked and paid for the delivery, being the recipient and all contact details being mine, the international courier side would not give me information simply because I was not the sender, which was frustrating.
