Parcel sent to Australia.

This was the first courier home collection I've experienced and I was very impressed. The instructions for the preparation of the parcel prior to collection were very straightforward and easy to follow. I received an email to tell me the collection window and the pickup was right at the start of it. The courier was very pleasant and handled my parcel with care. I received word from the recipient of the parcel to tell me it had arrived safely and in very good time. What more could I ask for? Nothing, well done.

We might continue with WPS

We used WPS twice so far and they met our expectation. As it was my 1st experience and I needed some assistance on the initial shipment. My queries were responded promptly and solved the issue. Delivery was on time as scheduled. The cost for the cover seem rather high otherwise the total cost for transport service would be excellent too.

Excellent Service Every process from pick-up to delivery was efficiently conducted. Delivery was really quick too given the common delay with other companies due to COVID.

Speedy Service

l had just printed off my tracking label and was still attaching it to my parcel when the courier called to collect it! I liked the fact that the customs forms are sent electronically which cuts down on all the paperwork that you need to print. Also I could track my parcel on each stage of it's journey to New Zealand. The delivery time was estimated 2-4 days and I worked out that it actually took 86hrs from pick-up to receipt which was pretty good going. WPS was the cheapest courier price i could find and I was really happy with their service. This is the second time I have used WPS and i would have no hesitation in using them again

Wow 🤩

Wow 🤩 I was well impressed at the speed in witch this parcel was delivered. I sent it thinking it would take another week to arrive . Instead it arrived 8 days before the birthday of the lady . And she could not wait once she received the package she opened every present 🎁 Early . Thanks for the great service . I’m using this again next month when I send a young boy birthday presents for his 7th

Another successful parcel delivery

Another successful parcel delivery. The parcel was picked up on Friday 30th April at 1.15 in Cardiff and delivered on Tuesday 4th May at 14.00 in Auckland. This was the quickest delivery time. Very impressed by the cost and speed of the service.
