Excellent customer service from the team, very accommodating. Long and very complicated contents package list process, best to combine similar items like gents/ ladies clothing and don’t over price items, remember they are pre used. Every penny you add to the value means you pay taxes at the other end.

Great price

Great price , just unfortunate ended up using DHL who tried to levy a £100 customs surcharge. When challenged in Norway, customs duty agreed was mistake

This is the best parcel service ever!

This is the best parcel service ever! Our parcels get to Australia in three days. A previous company were useless. The Christmas parcel to family took five weeks and that was to get back to me! It never made it to Australia. I am so glad we found WPS.😀

An excellent service

An excellent service. The patience of the courier having to check all the items before the box could be sealed, the efficient tracking system, and the fact that the parcel was collected on Tuesday lunchtime and was received in Hong Kong on Thursday. We don't send many parcels abroad so this was a great experience. Thank you

Excellent service

Excellent service. Picked up from my home just after lunch on the Friday . Sunday morning my daughter sent me a picture of her eating her fruit guns . Amazing service will definitely be using this company again and will recommend them to other people.

Excellent and economical service

We were delighted to find this firm, which has delivered our parcels through a recognised delivery carrier at about a third of what would have been a prohibitive cost with the carrier’s own advertised service, utilising spare capacity, apparently. Parcels were collected and delivered in timely fashion from UK to Switzerland. Very satisfied customer, will certainly use the service again.
