A reliable service

During this difficult year Worldwide Parcel Services have successfully delivered my three family parcels to New Zealand. They consistently have arrived at their destination within a week! This followed an attempt with another cheaper firm who took the money and delivered the parcel, a month later, back to me marked undeliverable. The same parcel took 1 week with WPS and I’ve never looked back.

highly recommend.

Have now used Worldwide 3 times, twice to Ibiza and once to west coast USA. Excellent service all round, all my packages arrived within four days, even to USA. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Last Christmas I used the post office and my package arrived back to me after 3 months even though it reached Ibiza but was not delivered.

Great service - fast, efficient, friendly, competitive

Our first time using Worldwide Parcel Services and our experience has been first class. I shopped around a bit and although this service was marginally more expensive than some competitors (like a couple of £Pounds), the platform was much more user friendly, the customer services by phone was helpful and easy to understand, and everything went smoothly. Also, based on reviews, this service appeared to be the best, particularly when some cheaper options resulted in much more negative reviews. From placing the order on a Sunday, printing labels/documentation at home, collection next day Monday afternoon, the parcel had arrived, cleared customs and been delivered to Australia by Friday morning. Based on our experience, we can definitely recommend Worldwide Parcel Services, and we will be visiting again when we next need to send parcels.
