Great service. My parcel was delivered on time and I was kept up to date on it's progress to the destination. So much better than Parcel2go and DPD.

Parcel delivery to Sydney

Parcel collected on date requested and delivered to Sydney 6 days later in plenty time for Christmas. Only gave 4 stars as the recipient lives in an apartment block and the parcel was dropped by the courier inside the front door of the reception area and not at his door, which was 3 floors up, and could easily have been taken by someone else!

Return customer

Sent a second parcel at Christmas after the first was delivered quickly and safely. Continued to be pleased with the ease of use of the website, and the additional customer service by phone to clarify some of my questions. Was planning to use for a third parcel, but clarified an insurance question about a prohibited item - the staff I spoke to by phone were clear and upfront about what they didn't cover and understood I would use another provider (as we had a specific item to send that wasn't covered by Worldwide Parcel Services, but was covered by another provider). I appreciated their honesty especially knowing that I would send my parcel with a competitor. Factoring two successful parcel deliveries and their integrity and customer service, we will be returning again for our next parcel delivery requirements, and based on our experiences, can recommend.

Cannot fault them

Easy to use website. Excellent service. Have used for 9 years to send parcels to Portugal. Always reliable and gets there within a week. This last time time there was no tracking available which was a little worrying but phoned up and was given the whereabouts of parcel by email. Always recommend them to other people.

Brilliant

WPS was a revelation! Sending a heavy parcel to Switzerland and the WPS quote was about a quarter of the price of some competitors. Really efficient service, straight forward instructions, arrived exactly when they said it would. Very trackable. A small problem was solved by excellent customer service. I have now recommended to a lot of people. Brilliant.
