Great prices, great service.
We sent a parcel to my sister in Norway for Christmas. The quoted price was exceptionally cheap, with delivery expected in less than a week. The instructions given were very clear. The parcel was collected from home, and the driver confirmed we'd followed the instructions correctly. The package went with DHL by road, via Copenhagen and Oslo. The tracking was first class. The delivery driver kept my sister informed of when he was likely to be in her town, and then when he was on his way to her house. She was highly impressed with the service (given that Norwegian post no longer deliver international parcels to the recipient). Delivery was within a week. This company was recommended by Martin Lewis, and I can see why. Really pleased with the service from start to finish.Excellent service
Quick, efficient and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend. Parcel was collected from my place of work Monday afternoon and was delivered in Budapest Thursday lunchtime.
Worldwide Parcel Services LTD is great, DHL France not so much
Over the Christmas Holiday, I sent 2 parcels overseas, one to Germany (which was quickly dispatched and arrived promptly without any issues despite the pandemic) and one to France. It has been weeks now and the parcel has still not been delivered by DHL in Paris as there isn’t a bell in the address and they didn’t bother to call the recipient. My complaint is obviously with DHL and not Worldwide Parcel Services LTD as they tried all they could to liaise with DHL. All in all, I highly recommend their services as they are the cheapest I have found and do a great job, wish I could say the same about DHL in Paris (they are fine in the UK) . Just hope that my parcel is delivered in the near future!Great service and timely delivery

I have used this company on 3 separate occasions to send parcels from UK to Romania. From the first I was impressed by their professionalism, compared to other companies I've used. They are excellent value for money and track every step of the journey, which gives peace of mind. Tracking and insurance is standard though you can buy extra insurance, if needed, at a reasonable price. Sent two parcels (in one consignment) to Norway before Xmas. Everything went like clockwork. As soon as they were picked up here, an email was sent to the recipient informing them of the delivery date. Detailed tracking was available and they were delivered on the due date. I'd only intended sending one box but when I realised I could add another parcel for £2 I decided to add a bathrack from Amazon which had been hanging around since the beginning of the year - and wouldn't have fitted in a suitcase anyway! I'd never used WPS before and was keeping my fingers crossed (because it was so cheap) but I was really impressed and will certainly use them again.Excellent service
